Joint Management Team

East Hampshire District Council is managed by a Joint Management Team shared with Havant Borough Council.

Chief Executive and Executive Directors 

 

The Joint Management Team is led by Chief Executive, Sandy Hopkins with the support of two Executive Directors, Tom Horwood and Gill Kneller.

Executive Heads

In addition there are five Executive Heads, who manage services across the two councils. They are:

   Julia Potter - Executive Head of Planning and Built Environment

   Debbie Fox  - Executive Head of Marketing and Development

   Tim Slater - Executive Head of Economy and Communities

   Jackie Batchelor - Executive Head of Environment and Neighbourhood Quality

   Jane Eaton - Executive Head of Governance and Logistics
